Yerevan/Mediamax/. Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan stated today that “the competition should be enhanced and normal market prices should be set in the sphere of notary services”.
The Armenian government approved the list of measures for introducing a system of electronic control in notarial systems today, Mediamax reports.
According to the PM’s assessments, on the whole, application of provisions of the adopted decision will have a positive impact on the quality of services. However, there is a fear that the services may simultaneously rise in price.
“We can’t calmly watch how notaries increase prices for their services. We should conduct a research to understand the profitability in the sphere as there are such notaries who garner super-profits and there are those who are not loaded and their profitability is not that high”, said the Prime Minister.
