Yerevan /Mediamax. Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Mher Grigoryan has made a statement regarding the Nagorno-Karabakh war at the meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the CIS member states, observing that Azerbaijan is commiting war crimes in Nagorno-Karabakh.

“The aggression against Nagorno-Karabakh is being carried out with direct military and political support from Turkey and with the involvement of terrorists from Syria and Libya. Fighters from the Azerbaijani side use methods of terrorist groups, such as torture, execution and beheading of prisoners, mutilation of the bodies of the dead.

The leadership of Azerbaijan is responsible for a whole range of war crimes,” Grigoryan said as quoted by TASS.
