Yerevan /Mediamax/. Foreign Minister of Armenia Ara Aivazian today has touched on the Turkish-Azerbaijani military drills in Kars, noting that any such exercise is a reason for concern.
“On one hand, we see such manifestations, and on the other, we see the messages coming from Turkey. In diplomacy, it is accepted to send messages in that ways, but I believe it is time for us to be guided by actions. I am certain that under the pressure from the international community, Turkey will gradually return to the normal working process.
Turkey closed the borders because of the status quo of Artsakh, which has been changed through force. Turkey has no ready anymore to keep the border with Armenia closed,” Aivazian said during the Q&A with the government at the National Assembly.
