Yerevan/Mediamax/. Armenian government allocated to the National Statistical Service (NSS) AMD 785mln 484 thousand (about $ 2mln) today, in order to arrange the works on population census which is due to be held in October 2011.
The government approved the census questionnaire which consists of 5 sections and 49 questions in May, Mediamax notes.
Karine Koyumjyan, the Head of NSS Population Census and Demography Department, noted in early 2011 that unlike the census in 2001, questions concerning agriculture and housing conditions were included into the census program of 2011.
