Yerevan /Mediamax/. Azerbaijan’s deputy minister of digital development and transport Rahman Hummatov stated today that at the first stage only citizens of Azerbaijan will be able to visit the “liberated territories.”
“The issues on allowing foreign citizens to the liberated territories will be considered in future. As for our citizens, the priority will be given to participants of the first and second Karabakh wars, their family members, citizens over 60,” Hummatov said.
Trend reports that Rahman Hummatov said from January 24, regular intercity bus trips will be launched in the directions of “Baku-Shusha, Baku-Agdam, Ahmedbayli-Shusha, Fizuli International Airport-Shusha, Barda-Agdam.”
