Yerevan /Mediamax/. Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdohan stated today that the war in Karabakh and the followed developments “became a litmus test for us and Azerbaijan.”
According to Anadolu news agency, opening the fall session in the Turkish parliament, Erdogan reminded that the war ended with Azerbaijan’s victory and that “an end was put to 30-year long occupation policy of Yerevan.”
“We will never forget the hatred and grudge of a number of countries against the country fighting for the liberation of own lands and Turkey, which supported Baku’s just position. Each experience is also a lesson for Turkey based on which we look to our future,” Erdogan said.
