Yerevan /Mediamax. Russia and Turkey agree that the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh should not be used for infiltration of the region by foreign mercenaries.
TASS reports that Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has made this statement today following the talks with his Turkish counterparty Mevlut Cavusoglu in Sochi.
“Our common stance is that the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh should not be used for attempts to bring foreign mercenaries into this region. On this, we share a unified position with our Turkish colleagues,” he said.
