Yerevan, April 8. Mediamax. The Leader of the Armenian National Congress (ANC), Levon Ter-Petrosian, said at a rally in Yerevan today that "April 28th will mark the beginning of a dialogue, or formation of final watershed between the public and the authorities".

“We expect that three of our minimal demands to authorities will be implemented by April 28: liberation of political prisoners, restoration of the right to hold rallies at the Freedom Square and official assurance that the killings on 1 March 2008 will be solved. If it doesn’t happen by April 28, the ANC will consider the possibility of dialogue exhausted and will be forced to sharply change its tactics. We still do not want to speak with ultimatums with the authorities, but the patience of people has its limits. April 28th will mark the beginning of a dialogue, or formation of final watershed between the public and the authorities,” Armenian first President stated.
