Yerevan /Mediamax/. Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan has stated today that the government will declare a three-day mourning period on December 19 and organize a memorial march from Republic Square to Yerablur Pantheon.

He has also said that “we are approaching the start of the prisoner exchange process.”

“We are expecting the return of the officially confirmed group of prisoners very soon. At this stage, we must begin to return the captives, whose captivity has been officially confirmed by Azerbaijan and the Red Cross. After that, we will focus on the search for our missing brothers, some of whom may have been captured. This is also a very complicated process,” said Pashinyan.

The Prime Minister has noted that the search for the bodies of the victims and the identification of the bodies should intensify.

“Unfortunately, we will not be able to complete this process by the end of the year,” he said.
