Yerevan /Mediamax/. President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan said today that the government is ready to become the engine that will take Armenia-Diaspora cooperation to a new level.

“We will work together in realization of the policy of advancing any sector in Armenia. The same way that Eduardo Eurnekian, Samvel Karapetyan, Vache Manukyan, Ruben Vardanyan, Sam Simonian and Vardan Sermakesh do in collaboration with Armenian government, introducing new culture and securing progress in many specific sectors of economy.

The same way that the Armenian Church, Armenian General Benevolent Union, Armenian National Committee offices, Armenian Assembly of America and our other global agencies often take institutional part in the search for solutions for the problems of our country.

However, we cannot find enough time or desire, to be honest, to name individually those few persons who have never been to Armenia or visited long ago, who don’t know our reality and in some cases don’t even partake in the life of their community, but take the role of the judge and find fault and blame in every direction. I am sure that it is a prospectless activity, which will simply disappear with time,” the President said.

He also noted that juxtaposition of the potential of Armenians worldwide is gaining scale.
