Yerevan /Mediamax/. Artsakh Information Center reports that the “authorities of the Republic of Artsakh are in active dialogue with the command of the Russian peacekeeping troops.”

“All efforts are exerted for the Russian side to take corresponding measures at all levels within its mission to return the Azerbaijani troops – infiltrated into Parukh village of Askeran region on March 24 – to their starting positions. In parallel with it, Artsakh armed forces are taking additional measures to ensure the security of the nearby villages.

We expect that the Russian side – as a result of constant work – will succeed to settle the issues occurred in the zone of its responsibility and after the withdrawal of the Azerbaijani side and with the provision of additional security guarantees, the peaceful population will return their homes,” the statement runs.--
