Yerevan /Mediamax/. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev today has said his country has no territorial claims to Armenia.
“We will remember our history, but we have no territorial claims to any countries, including Armenia,” Aliyev said, speaking at the conference “New Look at the South Caucasus: Post-Conflict Development and Cooperation”.
TASS reports Aliyev has said that Azerbaijan plans to complete basic infrastructure projects in the Nagorno-Karabakh region within three years.
He has expressed confidence that by that time “the Zangezur corridor will already be operating.” “The construction of 40 km of the road will not take more time, of course, if there is coordination and Armenia will not create artificial obstacles,” the President of Azerbaijan said.
