Yerevan /Mediamax/. Turkish President Recep Erdogan today has announced he plans to visit Shushi.
Anadolu agency reports he has made the announcement at the meeting of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-Speaking States, held via a video conference.
Erdogan has congratulated the leadership and people of Azerbaijan with “liberation of historical lands in Karabakh and said:
“It is important that Turkic-speaking states continue supporting Azerbaijan also in protection and restoration of Turkic monuments in Karabakh. I hope that soon, after Ramadan, we will visit Shusha, which will become another holiday for us.”
