Yerevan /Mediamax. French Foreign Minister Jean-Baptiste Lemoyne today has stated that France “has studied the agreement signed on November 9 and concluded that it does not take into account certain points, which should be addressed in the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmanship.”

He has noted that in recent weeks, French President Emanuel Macron has repeatedly contacted Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, as well as other OSCE Minsk Group co-chair countries, and expressed to them his commitments in various areas.

“One of these commitments concerns the preservation of cultural and spiritual heritage, part of which is located in the territory of Azerbaijan. France is cooperating with UNESCO, as well as other organizations that have undertaken the mission of protecting this heritage,” said Jean-Baptiste Lemoyne.
