Yerevan /Mediamax/. Artsakh Human Rights Defender Artak Beglaryan today has stated that at least 46 civilians have been killed and 144 injured since September 27 as a result of Azerbaijan’s targeted shelling of civilian settlements.
Beglaryan has noted that this data does not include the consequences of the actions of hostile subversive groups in a number of settlements.
“Our preliminary estimates say that among civilian facilities, Azerbaijani aggression has caused damage to more than 13,800 items of private real estate and about 3,100 infrastructures and facilities of public importance, including 61 schools and 10 kindergartens,” said Artak Beglaryan.
