Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated today that the Armenia side is committed to the principle of peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

“We are ready to resume the peace process in line with the statements of presidents of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair states,” Pashinyan said at the extended session of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council in Yerevan today.

He also noted that as a result of Azerbaijan’s large-scale hostilities or Azeri-Turkish aggression, the population of Nagorno-Karabakh is on the verge of a humanitarian catastrophe.

“Turkey’s active steps, threatening to destabilize the situation not only in the region but all over the world, are worrying,” Pashinyan stressed.

The PM also noted that despite efforts, the adversary has failed to achieve major success.
