Yerevan /Mediamax/. President of Artsakh National Assembly Artur Tovmasyan has stated today that “Russia is already trying to gather the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan at the negotiating table.”
He does not rule out a possible meeting between the Ministers of Defense.
Touching on the recent relative calm on the battlefield, Artur Tovmasyan has noted that it is often “calm before the storm.”
In the evening of October 5, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov told his Azerbaijani counterpart during a phone call that the Kremlin was ready to organize such a meeting.
