Yerevan /Mediamax/. Representative of the Armenian Defense Ministry Artsrun Hovhannisyan stated that today, the fights on the Artsakh-Azerbaijani border were not as fierce and intense as in previous two days.
“The Azeri armed forces have failed to carry out any significant military operations, were repulsed and suffered casualties, also because the active intervention of Turkish Armed Forces was somewhat neutralized today, thanks to our anti-aircraft and other units.
The Turkish air force, particularly UAVs, did not work and because of that the enemy suffered even more losses,” Artsrun Hovhannisyan said.
400 Azeri troops were killed today and 700 got injuries.
Today, 13 enemy armored vehicles, 3 aircrafts and 1 UAV were destroyed.
