Yerevan /Mediamax/. Artsakh Defense Army Deputy Commander Arthur Sargsyan stated today that today, the units of the Defense Army have registered significant success in various directions of the front, but the enemy's aggressive ideas have failed.
“The Defense Army units have regained control of some positions that were lost in previous days, mainly in northern and southern directions. Intensive hostilities continued all night and throughout the day on the whole front. Today, the adversary also used aviation, strike drones, missile and artillery forces,” said Arthur Sargsyan.
During today’s battles, the adversary lost 17 tanks, 4 armored vehicles, 3 heavy engineering armored vehicles, 13 UAVs and over 300 of personnel.
“Overall, the adversary has over 500 casualties. Unfortunately, the Armenian side has also suffered casualties, the precise number is being specified,” said Artur Sargsyan.
Speaking about Turkey’s involvement, Artur Sargsyan said that in all the cases where the Azeri side had some success, Turkey’s influence was felt.
