Yerevan /Mediamax/. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has stated that his panel discussion with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, held in the framework of Munich Security Conference, became a "crushing blow against Armenian propaganda”.

Interfax-Azerbaijan reports that in his televised address to the Azerbaijani citizens on the occasion of Nowruz, Aliyev said:

“Given that it was the first direct debate between the leaders of Azerbaijan and Armenia, it is hardly surprising that the debate was a subject of significant interest and millions of people watched it. Historical truth and international law are on our side. Armenian propaganda was destroyed by evidence, historical facts, resolutions and decisions adopted by international organizations. I believe it was a crushing blow – the end of Armenian propaganda.”
