Yerevan /Mediamax/. “Azykh Cave” State Nature Reserve was established in Artsakh.
Owing to the establishment of the reserve, the historical-archaeological monument found in the territory and the natural environment will be under full protection. Along with that, the study of cultural property and its target use will be performed, NKR governmental press service reports.
The dwelling houses and property located in the territory of “Togh Meliks’ Palace” State Historical and Cultural Reserve has been donated to “NKR Government's Department of Tourism and Historical Environment Protection” state governmental institution in order to preserve the integrity of the reserve’s historic environment.
Under the decision of NKR government, research and information database of monuments will be set up in Artsakh and it will make information on monuments in NKR territory more accessible.
Given the need for enhancement of hotel price policy, clarification of statistics of tourist numbers as well as the mandatory registration of all individuals engaged in tourism the NKR government has proposed amendments to the Law on “Tourism and Tourism Activities” which will be submitted to the National Assembly.
