Yerevan /Mediamax/. Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov stated about “maturity and high reliability of the CSTO.”
“We are strengthening interaction with the CSTO allies in order to effectively respond to common threats and challenges, including against the backdrop of very uncertain prospects of the development of the situation in Afghanistan. The effective actions of the CSTO peacekeeping forces to assist Kazakhstan in stabilizing the domestic political situation after the massive attacks on the Kazakh state supported from the outside have become clear evidence of the maturity and high reliability of this Organization,” the Russian minister said, speaking in the State Duma on January 26.
