Yerevan /Mediamax/. China welcomes the efforts Russia takes to ensure regional peace and stability.
The Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Zhao Lijian commented today on the trilateral meeting of the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia, which took place in Sochi last week, TASS reports.
The diplomat noted that Azerbaijan and Armenia are friendly partners of China.
“China truly hopes that the two parties will bridge their differences through dialogue and consultations and together will maintain peace and stability in the region,” Zhao Lijian said.
