Yerevan /Mediamax/. Acting Foreign Minister of Armenia Ara Aivazian today has repeated the demand for immediate withdrawal of Azeri troops from the Armenian territory for the purpose of avoiding further escalation of the situation.
Armenian MFA has said that acting Foreign Minister Aivazian has made that statement at the meeting with ambassadors of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chair states Sergey Kopyrkin of Russia, Jonathan Lacote of France, and Lynne Tracy of the USA.
Aivazian has briefed the Ambassadors on the latest development and reiterated Armenia’s readiness to resolve the issue through political and diplomatic means.
