Yerevan /Mediamax/. Foreign Minister of Armenia Ara Aivizian, who is currently visiting Russia, has stressed the importance of the return of Armenian POWs and hostages from Azerbaijan.
At the meeting with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov on February 17, Ara Aivazian has stated that the artificial prolongation of the process by Azerbaijan creates significant obstacles for implementation of the trilateral statements signed on November 9 and January 11.
The agenda of the meeting also included renewal of the negotiations on peaceful settlement of the NK conflict. Both sides have highlighted that key matters of the settlement should be discussed in the format of OSCE Minsk Group.
