Yerevan /Mediamax/. Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan said he did’t discussed Russia’s possible military intervention in the Karabakh conflict with Russian President Vladimir Putin during their latest phone conversation on September 29.

“We do not need yet to use the potential of the 102nd Russian military base, but we have the legal basis for that in case we need to,” said Pashinyan when talking to Russian media representatives in Yerevan.

“Armenia wants to build qualitatively new relations with Russia. Nothing has changed in our relations, there are no new nuances. Our goal in the relations with Russia is to build ties of new level, new quality,” said Pashinyan.
