Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan introduced today David Pakhchanian, who was appointed the Deputy Defense Minister of Armenia and the Chairman of State Military Industrial Committee with Defense Ministry.
According to Defense Ministry press service, the Minister congratulated David Pakhchanian on the occasion of his apppointment. Seyran Ohanyan noted that rather notable efforts were made in development of Armenian military industry and improvement of standard and legal base, and the efforts resulted in creation of the State Military Industrial Committee.
David Pakhchanian observed that he is honoured to be appointed to a responsible position and stressed that “we should combine joint efforts and purposeful work to achieve significant results in military industry, developing the base of the past years and solving the issues that the Armed Forces face”.
