Yerevan/Mediamax /. 647 suicide attempts with 195 lethal outcome were registered in Yerevan in 2011.
Head of the Department of the Population Census and Demography of the Armenian National Statistical Service (ANS) Karine Kuyumjyan said today that the growth in the number of suicide attempts made 9.3% in 2011.
Cases with lethal outcome were registered in 30-65 age group- mostly among the men.
