Yerevan /Mediamax/. Entrepreneur and philanthropist Ruben Vardanyan believes that the German Bundestag’s approval of the Armenian Genocide resolution is another step to ensuring historical justice for Armenian nation.

“It’s important not just for Armenian people, but for the whole world as well. Double standards and so-called realpolitik are very dangerous. When we say, “Yes, that happened, but we can’t talk about it”, we create an environment where double standards become entitled to public life.

That is why the will and resolve of the German Bundestag, which approved the resolution despite inevitable complications in the relations with Turkey, sent a very good signal to the world,” said Ruben Vardanyan in the interview to RBK TV.
