Yerevan /Mediamax/. Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev “is one of the leaders who knows Russia best.”
Citing TRT Haber, Trend reports that Erdogan said the following:
“During the recent visit of the Azerbaijani president to Turkey the key topic of our discussion was Russia and Ukraine. President Ilham Aliyev is one of the leaders who knows Russia best. His relations with Mr Putin are known to everyone, President Ilham Aliyev is one of the best analysts of this war. We had an opportunity to speak with him about it openly and clearly.”
