Yerevan /Mediamax/. In January-April 2021, Azerbaijan purchased military products worth USD 117M from Turkey.
Anadolu agency reports that it exceeds the last year’s index of the same period 13 times.
Thus, Azerbaijan is now the second-largest buyer of Turkish weapons after the U.S., the procurement volume of which made USD 386M (a 56% increase).
The third-largest buyer is the UAE (USD 90M), Bangladesh (USD 57M), and Germany (USD 50M).
