Yerevan /Mediamax/. Raffi Hovhannisyan said today that he will announced at the Liberty Square on March 2 whether he will turn to the Constitutional Court to appeal against the election results or not.
Speaking at the rally at the Liberty Square, Raffi Hovhannisyan turned to the people trying to find out their stance on this issue, Mediamax reports.
"Many questions will be answered and we'll clarify our further action plan together on March 2", he said.
Hailing citizens' active stance on the social networks, Raffi Hovhannisyan at the same time urged them to come to the rally "and not to sit at the computer".
