Yerevan, January 30. /Mediamax/. Central electoral headquarters of the Armenian President, presidential candidate Serzh Sargsyan condemned the cases of collection of citizens' passport data today.

“Taking into account the fact that over recent days, the media reported collection of citizens' passport data by various people (including their workplaces), the central electoral headquarters of Serzh Sargsyan interested in proper organization and holding of the election process states that it strongly condemns similar initiatives and thinks that such actions (if they are true) affect citizens' trust to the election process and cast aspersions on the elections process. That's why the headquarters will keep track of each such report and will take up measure within its powers to bring such people to justice. On this occasion, a hotline on 010 56 42 97 is opened in Serzh Sargsyan's electoral headquarters”, the statement reads.
