Yerevan/Mediamax/. Director of Caucasus Institute Alexander Iskandaryan stated today that the outcome of the Armenian presidential elections is predetermined in fact.
According to him, he doesn't see any "real candidates able to seriously compete with the incumbent President".
According to Iskandaryan, "the authorities will mostly aim at not making the current President get 80-85% votes so as the elections could be positively assessed by foreign observers".
"The recognition of the outcomes of the elections by all the forces is quite real - that's the current political climate", said the political scientist.
