Mirzoyan said about it at the Armenian National Assembly, referring to the statement of the Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev that “the co-chairs should no longer deal with the Nagorno Karabakh conflict as it is already settled, we have settled the issue instead of them.”

“It is not the first time when the highest leadership of Azerbaijan comes forth, to put it mildly, with non-constructive statements and positions which does not allow the discussion of all the existing issues in a more constructive atmosphere, search for acceptable solutions and its reinforcement. The position of Azerbaijan is one thing, the reality is another and the position of the international community another. The reality is that despite the position of Azerbaijan served for a year or less that the NK issue is solved and that there is no issue and no NK, we have seen that the world does not agree with it at all and that the reality is not such either,” the minister said.

Ararat Mirzoyan also noted that the visit of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs to the region is regularly postponed.
