Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenia’s former president, Republican Party chairman Serzh Sargsyan stated today that “it is difficult to convincingly explain the Armenian society why some member states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) greet and congratulate a non-member country on military victory over a CSTO member country.”

“It is common to assure that the foreign policy of the states has become more rational. In this pre-context we must confess that rationalism and cynicism are divided by a fragile line called decency. Crisis of decency, crisis of morality, crisis of justice – this is what I consider one of the important challenges in the current tendencies of global reinterpretations. For example, it is difficult to convincingly explain the Armenian society why some CSTO member states greet and congratulate a CSTO non-member country on the military victory over a CSTO member country, Serzh Sargsyan said at “The global challenges of the XXI century: Inter-Party Dimension” international, inter-party video conference.
