Yerevan /Mediamax/. Armenia’s President Armen Sarkissian said that he considers constitutional amendments in Armenia very important.
“I think the change of presidential system of governance in Armenia into parliamentary was not a right decision. The acting Constitution has many flaws and I am for its amendment, for it to be balanced. In the opposite case, all this may result in grave consequences,” the president said in an interview to Russian “Аргументы и Факты” newspaper.
