Yerevan /Mediamax/. Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan today has stated that the public administration system requires a restart.
Presenting new Chief of PM’s Staff Arsen Torosyan, Pashinyan has noted that “this restart is Mr. Torosyan’s primary task.”
“As a result of the war, the public administration system too experienced shock, the same as the population did. I do not think the situation now is the same as in November, for instance, but the restart must clearly begin with the Staff of the Prime Minister.
We have set a new bar for the public administration system. It is a service provided to the people, and we must take the quality of this service to a new level,” stated Nikol Pashinyan.
