Yerevan /Mediamax/. Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan has stated today that he will convene a rally to talk about the existing problems and solutions to them.

“Taking into account the internal political tension in Artsakh these days and the issues accumulated in recent months, today I will deliver a message in Stepanakert’s Renaissance Square.

I invite everyone to attend today’s rally. I will begin delivering my speech at 18:00. I am going to speak openly and frankly about all the main problems and solutions, from the war to the current security and socio-economic situation, from the relations with the Armenian authorities to internal political developments.

I regret that in this unstable situation, many abandon common sense without realizing the seriousness of the situation for the future of Artsakh. Regardless of the attitude of some people towards me, in this difficult situation I bear responsibility for all citizens of Artsakh,” he said.
