Yerevan /Mediamax/. Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan today has received Commander of the Russian peacekeeping troops, Lieutenant General Rustam Muradov.
During the meeting, the parties have exchanged views on the implementation of the mission by the peacekeeping force.
