Yerevan /Mediamax/. Secretary General of the Organization of American States (OAS) Luis Almagro has stated that “the aggression against Artsakh should stop now.”
“If Azerbaijan stops its attacks against Artsakh, the conflict would end immediately,” he tweeted.
Almagro has also shared the video message of Artsakh Ombudsman Artak Beglaryan, filmed in front of the shelled maternity hospital in Stepanakert.
OAS includes the majority of states of the Western Hemisphere.
Luis Almagro served as Foreign Minister of Uruguay in 2010-2015.
