Yerevan /Mediamax/. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev stated today that he is offering Yerevan a “last chance” to return to negotiations and withdraw the troops from Nagorno Karabakh.
“Battles are going on in all directions today, our troops are strengthening their positions. We are forcing the aggressor to peace. We showed them that we are winning both on the battlefield and at the negotiating table,” Aliyev said in an address to his people.
“I changed the status quo. There, on the battlefield. There is no more status quo,” he added.
