Yerevan /Mediamax/. Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan has stated that tense, heavy fighting continues along the entire Artsakh-Azerbaijani line of contact.

He has noted that “the Artsakh Defense Army is constantly inflicting new and painful losses on the enemy troops, whose purpose is clear to the whole world.”

‘The terrorist gang called the military and political leadership of Azerbaijan together with its open supporter Turkey is trying to invade the territory of the Artsakh Republic in order to occupy it and physically annihilate the Armenian people.

I am convinced that there is no one in the world who is not finally convinced of this truth. The force preventing this inhuman crime today is our army, which performs feats on the battlefield and makes our enemy take into account the destruction of the myths he created.

I am confident that all future generations of our people will value this fight for liberation. I assure you that together we will do everything to realize our national aspirations and goals,” Arayik Harutyunyan said in a statement.
