Yerevan /Mediamax/. Artsakh President’s Spokesperson Vahram Poghosyan has stated that the Defense Army of Artsakh has drawn back its troops in some sections of the frontline for tactical reasons.
He has noted that the army wants to prevent unnecessary casualties and inflict larger losses on Azerbaijani armed forces.
“The achievements are significant in terms of both goals. The command staff continues to fight the battles masterfully, and before we know it, the enemy’s disorganized army will be retreating in panic. The decision has been made and we will not stop,” added Poghosyan.
