Yerevan /Mediamax/. Spokesperson of Artsakh President Vahram Poghosyan has stated today that Defense Army of Artsakh has retaliated with "powerful counterstrikes” against the Azerbaijani armed forces.
The targets have been hit, added Poghosyan.
Earlier today, he has stated that the response of Artsakh Defense Army will not be long in coming. “However, contrary to the terrorist government of Azerbaijan, we target military facilities in large cities and not the civilian population,” underlined Poghosyan.
