Yerevan /Mediamax/. Spokesman for Artsakh President Vahram Poghosyan has announced that Azerbaijan is shelling Stepanakert and Shushi again.
“The response of Artsakh Defense Army will not be long in coming. However, contrary to the terrorist government of Azerbaijan, we target military facilities in large cities and not the civilian population.
We urge again the civilian population of these cities to leave immediately in order to avoid possible casualties,” said Vahram Poghosyan.
