Yerevan /Mediamax/. President of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan has stated today that Azerbaijan "forced his hand” regarding the strike on military facilities in Ganja.

“Come to your senses. We will continue striking other cities and if we have to, we will strike facilities in larger cities. The strike on Ganja was a warning one. I have ordered to stop the strikes for some time, giving time to Azerbaijan. Keep civilians away,” he said.

Harutyunyan has underlined that Azerbaijan was the first to violate the international law by targeting civilian population.

“You have time, so think. We will continue until the end, we will fight until the last soldier, and in this case victory is impossible for you.”

Arayik Harutyunyan has noted that this is a sacred, patriotic war.

“Let us unite around the government, because today the role of the authorities of Artsakh and Armenia is large, responsible and decisive more than ever. I want us all to fight together against Azerbaijan, but not the Azerbaijanis. The people of Azerbaijan are captives in the hands of a dictatorial government and Turkey. Azerbaijanis are suffering because of their government and Turkey’s false geopolitical aspirations and obsession to stay in power, and it is the civilians that will reap the consequences of all this,” he added.
