Yerevan /Mediamax/. Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan has announced that the Defense Army of Artsakh will strike the large military facilities permanently located in Azerbaijan.
“Despite our multiple warnings, the terrorist Azerbaijani army continues to target the civilian population of Stepanakert, using Polonez and Smerch systems.
Defense Army of Artsakh will now target large military facilities located in major cities of Azerbaijan. I call on the people of Azerbaijan to leave these cities as soon as possible to avoid possible losses.
The military and political leadership of Azerbaijan bears full responsibility for all this,” said Arayik Harutyunyan.
