Yerevan /Mediamax/. Representative of Armenian Defense Ministry Artsrun Hovhannisyan has announced that Azerbaijan has targeted Stepanakert, the capital of Artsakh.
“People have been injured and critical infrastructure has suffered multiple damages because of the strikes. The rescue service has been affected,” stated Hovhannisyan.
