Yerevan /Mediamax/. President of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan stated today that "one of the addressees of this war is Iran”.
Arayik Harutyunyan noted that “there are problems in the region we know about that are especially related to northern Iran.”
Speaking about Iran’s role since the beginning of the war, the President of Artsakh said that “apart from a few ordinary statements, we have not seen any steps by Iran.”
